Our Energy Efficiency Innovation financing aims to support eligible seafood businesses with the adoption of energy efficient technologies to reduce GHG emissions
Source: Crown CorporationThe Fisheries and Aquaculture Energy Efficiency Innovation Fund is a $6.5 million, three-year program, supported by Nova Scotia's Climate Change Plan for Clean Growth. The Fund incentivizes the adoption of innovative and efficient technology by seafood sector, reducing its carbon footprint and contributing to provincial greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets. The first call for proposals is open until September 15, 2024.
